About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join their Security team as an Overnight Security Officer. This role involves significant interaction with guests, local law enforcement, and hotel personnel, requiring excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The position is physical in nature, requiring candidates to be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50lbs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver with a high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.
• Must be familiar with all Window applications.

Nice To Haves

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent Human Relations skills; able to deal with difficult situations in a positive, effective manner; Accommodating and approachable demeanor a must.
• Excellent investigative skills and report writing skills a must.
• Previous Security experience or similar (law enforcement, military, fire rescue) preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel and residence premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Circulate among guests, patrons, and employees to ensure safety and protect property.
• Ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
