Requirements

High school diploma or GED
A minimum of two years of experience in Front Office, Night Audit, or Guest Services leadership within a luxury or boutique hotel.
Strong knowledge of front office systems, night audit procedures, and financial reconciliation.
Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight with limited supervision.
Flexible availability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with Opera PMS and related front office software.
Experience performing or supervising night audit procedures.
Knowledge of the Fort Worth Stockyards area and surrounding community.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all front office operations during overnight hours, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell, and Valet functions.
Serve as the Manager on Duty, addressing and resolving guest concerns, safety issues, and operational needs with professionalism and urgency.
Perform nightly audit procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and standards.
Verify and balance room rates, payments, postings, and adjustments for accuracy.
Prepare and distribute daily reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication of key performance metrics.
Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and team members through property walks and safety inspections.
Support and assist overnight associates, ensuring proper task completion and shift coverage.
Coordinate with Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping teams to ensure all areas are maintained to standard during overnight hours.
Communicate with day leadership regarding incidents, guest feedback, or maintenance issues requiring follow-up.
Train and coach overnight team members on brand standards, guest service expectations, and operating procedures.
Ensure adherence to credit, cash handling, and security policies throughout the shift.
