About The Position

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading non-profit human services agency, is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities. We are currently seeking an Overnight Residential Supervisor for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA. The IRTPs are specialized, short-term locked facilities providing comprehensive care to male and female youth referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). These state-wide programs serve adolescents facing serious mental illness and/or severe emotional or behavioral challenges. Our IRTPs offer a highly supportive and structured environment, staffed by a multidisciplinary team that includes child psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, clinicians, and educators. These programs are designed to deliver intensive treatment in a secure setting for youth who cannot be safely treated in less restrictive environments.

Requirements

At least one year of residential counseling experience with a similar population is required.
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a commitment to supporting youth in a therapeutic setting.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID 19, per state regulations

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and oversight of Youth Counselors to ensure high-quality care and adherence to program protocols.
Lead and manage structured program shifts, fostering a therapeutic and safe environment.
Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.
