About The Position

At YSS, we believe healing happens when young people feel safe, supported, and seen. We’re looking for a steady, compassionate leader to step into the Residential Overnight Manager role at Ember Campus—someone who can bring calm to the overnight hours, keep systems running strong, and show up for youth and staff when it matters most. This isn’t just overnight operations. It’s leading a team that helps young people in crisis find stability, structure, and hope. You’ll oversee residential programming during the quiet hours, support and develop staff, and ensure the campus remains safe, compliant, and trauma-informed. Working alongside the Campus Director, clinical, medical, and direct care teams, you’ll help hold the line—making sure youth can rest, recover, and rebuild in an environment grounded in dignity, consistency, and care. If you’re the kind of leader who brings steadiness to chaos and heart to structure, this is your lane.
