Full Time or Part Time Overnight Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - On the Bus Route & No Mandating!
About The Position
Keystone Bluffs is an assisted living facility in Duluth, Minnesota, with 80 apartments and a focus on person-centered care planning. The Resident Assistant provides compassionate care and helps create positive experiences for residents. The role is available full-time or part-time, with a 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. schedule and rotating weekends. Keystone Bluffs states that employees are not mandated to work beyond their scheduled shift and receive overtime pay after eight hours. Block scheduling is available, so employees know their schedules in advance. Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, licensure, and applicable shift differentials. The facility is located on the DTA bus route.
Requirements
- Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, except individuals under 18 may be considered if they hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and follow residents’ care plans.
- Perform delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Accurately document information.
- Communicate with RNs and LPNs about relevant resident information.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines.
