About The Position
Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide person-centered care in a home-like assisted living and memory care setting in Cloquet, Minnesota. The role focuses on supporting residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being while fostering meaningful connections. The position is full-time and overnight, with flexible shift options that include 10:30 PM–6:30 AM and rotating weekends. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with toileting and bathing.
- Assist residents with dressing and grooming.
