Full Time or Part Time PM Shift Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - On the Bus Route & No Mandating!
About The Position
Keystone Bluffs is an assisted living facility in Duluth, Minnesota, with 80 apartments and a focus on person-centered care. The Resident Assistant provides personal care and delegated nursing and medical care to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being, while helping create positive experiences for seniors. Training and support are available for applicants who are new to senior care. The position offers full-time or part-time scheduling, with an evening schedule of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and rotating weekends. Staff work their scheduled shifts without mandatory overtime; overtime pay applies after eight hours. Pay depends on experience, licensure, and shift differentials.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old; applicants under 18 may be considered only if they hold a valid CNA license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is not required.
- CNA, RA, or PCA background and licensure are welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and follow each resident’s care plan.
- Perform nursing and medical care delegated by an RN to maintain residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Accurately document information.
- Communicate relevant resident information to RNs and LPNs.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines.
