About The Position

Nortera Foods is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to lead our year-round frozen repackaging operations. This role ensures the production of safe, high-quality food products while upholding our commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Nortera is North America's leader in ready-to-cook vegetables and is committed to contributing to the well-being of society by providing access to healthy and sustainable food. Nortera produces major private and retail brands and markets its own brand Arctic Gardens.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility inventory systems.
Minimum of five years of progressive supervisory or management experience.
Coursework in Supervision and Management.
Strong organizational skills.
Clear verbal and written communication.
Ability to adapt and lead effectively in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-driven environment.
Available to work over night 5:30pm to 6:30PM, 3 days a week.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Food Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

Supervise shift leaders and hourly staff, ensuring optimal staffing, training, and compliance with food safety (FDA, SQF, HACCP) and safety regulations (OSHA, DHS).
Manage day-to-day repackaging operations to meet cost, quality, and productivity goals while supporting Nortera’s low-cost producer program.
Champion Nortera’s culture through active coaching, team development, and collaboration with HR, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
