About The Position

Nortera Foods is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to lead our year-round frozen repackaging operations. This role ensures the production of safe, high-quality food products while upholding our commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility inventory systems.
• Able to meet physical demands such as frequent lifting (up to 15 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and working in varying environmental conditions.
• Minimum of five years of progressive supervisory or management experience.
• Available to work over night 5:30pm to 6:30PM, 3 days a week.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Coursework in Supervision and Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift leaders and hourly staff, ensuring optimal staffing, training, and compliance with food safety (FDA, SQF, HACCP) and safety regulations (OSHA, DHS).
• Manage day-to-day repackaging operations to meet cost, quality, and productivity goals while supporting Nortera’s low-cost producer program.
• Champion Nortera’s culture through active coaching, team development, and collaboration with HR, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
