LIFEMOVES•San Jose, CA
•$28 - $38•Onsite

About The Position

The Overnight Operations Coordinator provides mobile operational leadership, training, coaching, scheduling support, and crisis response across LifeMoves Interim Supportive Housing programs in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. As a first line of operational leadership overnight, the Coordinator works with residential staff, site leaders, program directors, and the Overnight Program Director to promote safe, consistent, trauma-informed services across sites. The role has no direct reports; site leadership retains overall site responsibility and direct supervision of staff. The position is part of a three-person overnight leadership team and reports to the Overnight Program Director. The work schedule is 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM, with weekly scheduling staggered with the second Coordinator to provide seven-day coverage. The Overnight Program Director determines the primary county assignment and cross-county coverage based on operational needs. The position requires significant travel among agency locations throughout the assigned counties. The Coordinator supports site operations and overnight coverage, provides competency-based training and coaching, and helps staff respond to crises. The role reinforces safety, quality, client rights, approved procedures, and effective communication between overnight teams and daytime leadership. The Coordinator may direct and prioritize immediate shift tasks and coordinate authorized coverage changes within delegated authority, but does not perform formal staff supervision or assume overall site responsibility.
