About The Position

First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the night, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning moments into memories for our guests". This is a full-time, permanent position, starting in June 2026.

Requirements

  • A valid BC Driver’s license with a clean record is required
  • Class 5 drivers’ license is required
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting guests, and helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Safely parking any valet vehicles
  • Acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner
  • Knowledgeable about all hotel related information, including promotions, menus, hours of service, facilities, and guest rooms
