About The Position

The Residence Club at the Four Seasons Scottsdale is looking for a Guest Services Attendant to be an integral part of the Front Office Team. The main objective of this role is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the Residence Club, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for the arrival and departure experience of the owners. The Bell Attendant transports luggage, packages, and storage items to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests or into temporary storage. The Guest Services Attendants also responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the fitness center, lobby, public areas and back of house areas of Residence Club.

Requirements

  • Previous Guest Services experience in a luxury hotel/resort highly preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be able to stand/walk/run for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Be able to work in desert climate
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in Guest Services areas that include the front drive and ensuring proper handling of guest luggage
  • Accommodating guest requests
  • Other guest inquires or duties as assigned
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Fitness Center, Barbeques, Locker Rooms, and Lobby
  • Actively monitor and report where engineering attention needed in guests common area.
