About The Position

Eastern Carolina Veterinary Medical Center in Wilmington, NC is hiring experienced Client Service Representatives to join their outstanding Overnight Emergency team! Eastern Carolina Veterinary Medical Center is rapidly progressing to be the premier animal referral and trauma center for the North Carolina coastal region, open 24 hours/7 days a week for Emergency Veterinary Services and referral practice offering Surgery, Orthopedics, and Animal Rehabilitation. We have CT scanning capabilities to complement our digital Xray and ultrasound services along with full in house labs. Our team is dedicated to excellence in both medicine and patient care, and we’ve worked hard to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative environment where every team member is supported and valued. Requirements

  • Experienced Client Service Representatives
  • Veterinary experience required
  • Previous work in emergency and/or specialty practices preferred
  • Must excel at multitasking and working cooperatively with others
  • Must be able to function in a professional manner in a fast paced, often stressful environment, while prioritizing responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Must be honest, reliable, flexible, independent
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced-team environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays are a requirement of the job
  • Reliability is a must
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in multiple languages a plus
