About The Position

The Wags Club is seeking dependable Overnight Dog Care Attendants for their cage-free dog daycare and boarding facility. This full-time position offers a unique 4-day workweek with four 10-hour overnight shifts (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM), totaling 40 hours, and providing three days off each week. The overnight team is responsible for the safety, comfort, and care of boarding dogs after daycare clients have departed, ensuring they are well-cared for until the morning team arrives. This role requires independence, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring the facility is clean and prepared for the day ahead.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise dogs throughout the night
• Monitor health, behavior, and comfort
• Feed meals and administer medications according to instructions
• Clean and sanitize dog areas
• Handle laundry and routine facility cleaning
• Keep sleeping areas comfortable and orderly
• Prepare the facility for the next day's operation
• Communicate anything unusual or concerning to management
