About The Position
Answer incoming calls, log details, and prioritize requests based on urgency. Assign routes, schedules, and loads to field units or drivers. Track the location and status of mobile units using GPS or tracking software. Relay clear instructions using multi-line phones, two-way radios, or computers. Resolve unexpected delays, breakdowns, or routing disruptions quickly. Maintain accurate logs of operations, incidents, and vehicle maintenance.
