About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking an Overnight Cook to join their talented culinary team. This role supports the kitchen by preparing high-quality food items during overnight hours, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of culinary or related experience
  • Strong knife skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute high-quality food and pastry items according to established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
  • Set up and complete mise en place for service, ensuring readiness for breakfast and other meal periods
  • Prepare food items in advance based on forecasted needs while minimizing waste
  • Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Department of Health standards, including proper food storage and labeling
  • Monitor and control food waste, usage, and cost in line with company policies
  • Maintain proper temperature control and storage of all perishable items
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth overnight kitchen operations
  • Support consistency in quality and presentation across all dishes
