Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Overnight Cook to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This role is responsible for mastering all menus and food items offered throughout the hotel, supporting Room Service, the Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo. The position prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and established quality standards. The Overnight Cook works all stations on the line—including grill, sauté, and cold line—and prepares food items with consistent quality by following recipe cards, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. Responsibilities include completing mis en place, setting up stations for all meal periods, and properly managing the temperature of meat and fish. Additional duties include starting food items that require advance preparation while ensuring production does not exceed estimated needs. The cook is expected to scale recipes precisely to the gram and to operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment.
