About The Position
The Overnight Concierge will welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone. They will answer any questions that residents and guests may have, perform regular safety checks of the community, and monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly. The Overnight Concierge will also assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and act with integrity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Reception, Office Assistant, Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, Guest Services, or Security is preferred.
