North Georgia Angel House Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Child Enrichment Specialist to support and empower teenage girls at our Canton, GA facility. Requirements

Experience working with at-risk youth, adolescents, or in residential care settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with teenagers
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-stress or crisis situations
Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working overnight shifts
High school diploma or GED required
Must pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Must be able to work rotating weekends

Nice To Haves

degree in social work, psychology, or related field a plus

Responsibilities

Provide overnight supervision and a safe, supportive environment for teenage girls in residential care
Routine cleaning is required
Administer Medication
Implement enrichment activities that promote emotional, social, and personal development
Monitor and respond to the physical and emotional needs of residents throughout the night
Enforce house rules and boundaries with consistency, fairness, and compassion
Document incidents, behaviors, and progress through accurate and timely reporting
Collaborate with daytime staff, case managers, and counselors to ensure continuity of care
Serve as a positive role model and mentor for teenage girls in the program
