About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring a dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care to a bedbound client in a private home in Dallas, Texas. The client requires full assistance with activities of daily living. This is an active overnight position: caregivers must remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout their scheduled shift. The schedule is flexible, with shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Requirements
- Comfort providing total assistance with activities of daily living.
- Knowledge of proper repositioning and safe patient handling techniques.
- Ability to remain awake and attentive throughout overnight shifts.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently in a private home setting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience caring for bedbound clients is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide complete assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with incontinence care, hygiene, and repositioning as needed.
- Ensure the client's comfort and safety throughout the night.
- Monitor the client's condition and promptly report concerns.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care.
