About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring caregivers to serve clients in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Caregivers provide in-home assistance to help seniors remain safe and comfortable. The role offers flexible scheduling, with caregivers able to choose shifts and potentially work with one or two consistent clients. Available shifts range from 2 hours to 10 or more hours, including weekdays and weekends; live-in work may also be available under a separate pay range. Full-time and part-time hours are offered.

Requirements

At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience; family caregiving experience is accepted.
At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Run errands.
Provide light housekeeping.
Transport clients.
Provide personal care.
Prepare meals.

Benefits

Pay of $17.00–$17.50 per hour, based on experience and shift.
$5 gas supplement for every shift worked.
$0.50 per hour attendance incentive.
