About The Position

SYSTRA Canada is looking for an experienced Overland Drainage Hydraulic Modeler to support a new project in Hamilton, ON. This role involves leading the design and modeling of Stormwater Management (SWM) Systems, including stormwater sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains, and overland flow. The position requires coordination with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate project approvals and ensure effective integration of drainage solutions. Key responsibilities include developing modeling strategies, evaluating system performance, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license
• Proven experience in stormwater and drainage design
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
• 7+ years Experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Lead SWM and Drainage Engineer responsible for the design and modeling of SWM Systems, including stormwater sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains and overland flow.
