About The Position

ARCXIS provides inspection, design, engineering, and quality assurance services for the U.S. residential construction industry. The company applies for City and County permits in California on behalf of contractors. The part-time Permit Runner applies for permits online or visits City/County building departments to submit the required paperwork, obtains the correct permit, picks up finalized permits, and uploads completed documents through the company web portal. Training will be provided on the particulars of the job.

Requirements

Have a working vehicle.
Have a computer, printer, and smartphone.
Have internet connectivity.
Be available during the opening hours of City/County offices in the area.
Have basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn the company system; training will be provided on job particulars.
Have a positive attitude and the patience and charm to work with City departments to obtain the desired results.
Be able to follow directions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities
