About The Position

The Outside Services Attendant delivers Outside Services experiences for residents, members, guests, and prospective members throughout their arrival, golf, and departure. Working closely with the Golf Operations team, the attendant handles golf bags, prepares carts, supports the practice facility, and provides personalized assistance. The role also helps keep assigned areas clean, organized, and ready for daily Club activity. Attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and anticipation of needs help create a seamless, welcoming golf experience.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide warm, professional, and personalized service.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, organized, and well-prepared service areas.
• Ability to follow established procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities, and respond promptly to direction and changing operational needs.
• Ability to safely handle golf bags, carts, equipment, and other operational materials while maintaining awareness of surrounding activity.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to assist colleagues and anticipate service needs.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in golf outside services, golf operations, hospitality, guest services, or a related customer-facing position.
• Basic knowledge of golf operations, equipment, etiquette, and the overall golf experience, with willingness to learn Club procedures and service standards.
