Requirements

  • Machine maintenance, pneumatic or electric power tool repair experience required
  • Strong mechanical skills/abilities required
  • Customer service and sales oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick learner and able to retain knowledge
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds of customer product on a regular basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis
  • Satisfactory driving record and valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction or industrial supply industry is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Travel to our customer sites troubleshoot and repair of industrial equipment
  • Demonstrate and provide effective equipment operation and daily maintenance training to customers
  • Take customer calls and manage all outside service scheduling
  • Assess opportunities to improve customer sales and present those to the customer
  • Regularly complete customer orders
  • Work independently and take initiative to assist customers with improvements on inventory as needed
  • Complete and submit appropriate documentation (work orders, parts orders, time sheets, etc.)
  • Communicate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Problem-solve with sales team to determine best resolution to customer issues
  • Interact with customers providing the highest levels of service and productivity.
