Requirements

Experience with machine maintenance, pneumatic tools, or electric power tool repair required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn and retain technical knowledge
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Nice To Haves

Construction, packaging, fastening, or industrial supply experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred depending on market needs

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment at customer locations and branch facilities
Demonstrate proper equipment operation and provide maintenance training to customers
Manage customer service calls and coordinate outside service schedules
Identify opportunities to improve customer operations and recommend solutions
Process customer orders and support inventory management needs
Complete work orders, parts orders, time sheets, and other required documentation
Communicate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining productivity and professionalism
Work independently to support customers and drive service excellence
