About The Position
Landscapes Golf Management and Whispering Creek Golf Club are seeking part-time Outside Service Attendants for the upcoming golf season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fun environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service. The position involves preparing and stocking golf carts, managing the driving range, and offering a high level of customer service to members and their guests. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to operate golf carts in a safe manner.
- Must be able to communicate verbally to members.
- Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail.
- Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of golf preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with LGM values.
- Stage carts for daily play.
- Prepare carts for member use; stock and maintain carts before and after each use.
- Greet members and assist them with loading their golf clubs onto carts.
- Assist with the maintenance of the driving range, including picking up and cleaning range balls.
- Provide additional support to other areas of the course as needed.
- Ensure clean and well-organized cart staging, storage, and bag room areas.
- Monitor cleanliness and clean on-course bathrooms as needed.
- Demonstrate commitment to the work and success of the club and Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service, and safety expectations.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by club or Company managers.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts.
