About The Position
The Outside Services Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to the property’s guests and assist the Golf Shop staff in daily operations setup/breakdown, replenishing of supplies, and maintaining clean and fully stocked customer and employee areas of use.
Requirements
- Must have a friendly and positive personality
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong time management skills and display situational awareness
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge about the game of golf not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process
- Monitors and replenishes necessary operational supplies
- Regularly operates motorized vehicles such as golf carts and utility carts
- Ensures proper storage and security of facility assets
- Reports inventory levels of supplies to Golf Shop Staff/Professionals
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
