About The Position

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the company: building partnerships, driving sales growth, and delivering solutions for customers across your territory. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to customer locations, job sites, and company meetings. It is a full-time position with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

  • Prior outside sales experience
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the building materials industry (5+ years preferred)
  • Established customer base (a plus)
  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Educate customers on products and recommend solutions to fit their project needs
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers at job sites and offices
  • Perform take-offs on smaller-scale projects and assist with product selection
  • Lead product selection meetings and provide hands-on product education
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain a professional company image at all times
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
