We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, field-based role where you will be the face of the company, responsible for building partnerships, driving sales growth, and delivering solutions for customers across your territory. Requirements

Prior outside sales experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Experience in the building materials industry (5+ years preferred)
Established customer base (a plus)
Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Build and grow a book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Educate customers on products and recommend solutions to fit their project needs
Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers at job sites and offices
Perform take-offs on smaller-scale projects and assist with product selection
Lead product selection meetings and provide hands-on product education
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Maintain a professional company image at all times
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
