About The Position

Build trust, deliver value, and drive growth as an Outside Sales Rep. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will build relationships, win new business, and drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding targets. This is a results-driven role where your success directly impacts your earnings and territory growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a quota-driven role
• Organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic technology
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle + acceptable insurance coverage

Nice To Haves

• Outside sales or automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
• Prospect and develop new business through calls and in-person visits
• Grow sales within your assigned territory
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
• Promote current programs, products, and services
• Track activity, leads, and opportunities in CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and profit goals
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Partner with store teams to support customer success
• Assist with collections on past-due accounts when needed
