About The Position

EH Wolf & Sons is a family owned and operated company distributing fuels and lubricants to a wide range of industries. Due to a retirement, we are seeking a territory sales manager in Northwestern Wisconsin. This position will focus on growth and account management in northwestern WI. E.H. Wolf & Sons work hard to create a workplace centered around our company core values while providing quality fuel and lubrication products. We are looking to add individuals to our team atmosphere that have a strong work ethic, a desire to have a positive impact on others and ability to adapt to our ever-changing industry. Compensation package consists of a base salary, uncapped commission program, company car, healthcare benefits, 401k matching program, discretionary profit sharing, vacation & paid holidays. The position currently has a book of business to manage and the expectation will be to grow the product lines we carry. The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience in the lubricant and fuel industry Knowledge of selling B2B Willingness to travel overnight as required Self starter Takes initiative to learn new products and processes Ability to work in a team environment Hunter mindset and accountable

Requirements

  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Sage, etc….)
  • Bachelors degree or related experience
  • 3-5 yrs of sales experience with proven success
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Flexible and understands accountability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Understands how to sell value added solutions
