About The Position

North Creek Roofing, a contractor serving homeowners throughout the Puget Sound since 1996, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Outside Sales Team Lead. This role will lead their direct marketing team, focusing on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, with additional canvassing support. The primary responsibility is to lead, coach, and develop Outside Sales Representatives who generate qualified leads and set appointments for In-Home Sales Consultants. This position is crucial for driving brand presence in local communities and building a high-performing, energetic team that values connection, performance, and teamwork.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments
Basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software CRMs
Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows)
Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals
Work in the field as a player-coach, supporting event execution and canvassing efforts
Plan and oversee daily team activities, including event schedules and outreach efforts
Track performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reporting
Support hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
