About The Position

Bliss Roofing is seeking a motivated and hands-on Outside Sales Team Lead to lead their direct marketing team. This role will focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, along with canvassing support. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Representatives who generate qualified leads and set appointments for In-Home Sales Consultants. This critical role drives brand presence in local communities and builds a high-performing, energetic team focused on connection, performance, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments
• Basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software CRMs
• Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows)
• Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals
• Work in the field as a player-coach, supporting event execution and canvassing efforts
• Plan and oversee daily team activities, including event schedules and outreach efforts
• Track performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reporting
• Support hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
