Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred — equipment, ag, construction, industrial, or any background where you've had to go get the business, not just receive it
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and a fast-paced, self-directed environment

Responsibilities
- Spending the majority of your time outside the store — cold calling, prospecting, and meeting customers face-to-face across your territory
- Hunting new business while growing and protecting your existing accounts
- Selling and marketing top-brand equipment, including Bobcat, and matching customers with the right machine for the job
- Owning your pipeline — tracking leads, meetings, and sales activity in CRM like it's your own business
- Representing Leppo at trade shows, training, and industry events
- Staying sharp on market trends and bringing ideas back to the team
