About The Position

This role is for an Outside Sales Specialist, partnered with TELUS Communications through The Acquisition Group. The position is designed for individuals seeking to build skills and confidence in a sales environment, with comprehensive training and support provided, even for those without prior sales experience. The company focuses on developing talent through structured training, hands-on coaching, and daily team support. The role involves representing TELUS Communications, engaging with customers through direct, door-to-door community outreach, identifying customer needs, recommending TELUS home and connectivity solutions, building trust through professional conversations, and working towards defined performance goals with ongoing feedback and coaching.

Requirements

  • Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Available full-time, Monday to Friday or minimum 4 days from Monday to Saturday
  • No previous sales experience required. We hire for attitude and potential and provide the training needed for success.
