About The Position

Outside Sales Representative Location: Eastern Washington, Idaho Panhandle, Montana Role Summary Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support our Eastern Washington region . This role is focused on developing new business, strengthening existing accounts, and serving as a trusted partner to customers across the automotive aftermarket. You’ll spend your time in the field understanding customer needs, recommending the right solutions, and delivering a high-quality purchasing experience. If you’re self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and take pride in driving results and achieving goals, this is an opportunity for you!

Requirements

  • Prior outside sales experience
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel Monday through Friday every week to customers
  • Ability to travel on some weekends for trade shows
  • Solid Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers
  • Ability to thrive in a group/team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive aftermarket, RV industry experience.
  • Some college coursework/degree preferred.
  • Experience in training / educating people (Example: Teaching your customer how to use online/system features)

Responsibilities

  • Soliciting, presenting, and selling products to new and existing customers daily.
  • Staying current and familiar with product literature
  • Conveying product information and availability to customers.
  • Making sales presentations on new and existing accounts.
  • Complying with established company policies and procedures.
  • Prospecting possible new accounts from a variety of leads
  • Visiting newly established accounts
  • Visiting established accounts with high upside potential for development
  • Working as a team with inside sales staff on customer issues, while assisting with account development, regional development, and maintenance plans and schedules
  • Assembling Product displays
  • Communicating remotely with the Regional Manager.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
