About The Position

We are hiring high performing Outside Sales Representatives (In Home Sales) to join our 11/9, sales training class. This is a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who want to earn $150,000+ using a proven sales system, company-provided leads, and strong operational support. As a Direct Seller, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on our home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience.

Requirements

• Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings
• Confident handling objections and closing deals
• Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
• Reliable transportation and availability for appointments

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
• Educate customers on remodeling options, features, and value
• Build trust, establish rapport, and confidently guide decision-making
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation
