About The Position

We are a rapidly growing home services company specializing in water damage restoration and mitigation, seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Florida and Charlotte, NC. This is a posting for a trusted restoration contractor expanding in the Charlotte area. If you’re an ambitious salesperson who thrives on performance and commissions we’ll provide the training you need to succeed in the industry.

Requirements

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, canvassing, and inbound leads.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, HOA boards, commercial property owners, and other referral partners.
Identify and pursue residential, commercial, multi-family, restoration, and reconstruction opportunities.
Meet with property owners and referral partners to assess needs, explain Palm Build’s services, and develop the opportunity through close.
Conduct property visits and inspections with support from Palm Build’s operations and estimating teams.
Present proposals, communicate value, address objections, and close qualified opportunities.
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and accurate CRM activity, including leads, follow-ups, referral sources, and opportunities.
Work closely with project management, estimating, and operations to ensure a clean handoff from sale to production.
Represent Palm Build professionally at networking events, industry meetings, property-management meetings, and other business-development opportunities.
Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
