About The Position

ZINTEX Remodeling is seeking a Design Consultant (Outside Sales / In-Home Sales Representative) to join their team. This role involves meeting with customers in their homes to present ZINTEX's high-quality, high-ticket bathroom and shower remodeling products and services. The Design Consultant will utilize the ZINTEX sales method to design dream showers or baths and secure customer agreements to purchase. The company is the fastest-growing home improvement company in the South-Central US and specializes in luxury products from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.

Requirements

Proven Closing Ability: Track record of success in one-call-close environments.
A Competitive Nature: Self-motivated with a high will-to-win and grind mentality.
Professionalism: Takes pride in appearance, punctuality, and reputation.
Tech Proficiency: Valid smartphone or device for two-factor authentication and company systems.
Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel to local markets.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Attend and Complete 2-Week Sales Training in Dallas/Fort Worth (travel covered by ZINTEX).
Be part of one of the most proven sales training programs in the home improvement industry.
Conduct professional, high-energy sales appointments (avg. 2 hours each) in the customer's home.
Attend weekly team meetings and intensive professional training workshops.
Guide customers through a personalized, one-call-close design and sales process.
Run appointments 5 days per week (off on Sundays and one weekday of your choosing).
