About The Position

This position will mainly focus on conducting sales out in the field via interactions with both potential and already existing customers. The main responsibility of this role is to offer the best possible customer experience. They will experience first-hand how to discover, negotiate, and close business at a high level as they work with Keller’s top sellers. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the logistics field preferred
  • Excellent organization and planning skills that accommodate the client’s needs
  • HS diploma, College degree preferred
  • Strong motivation for achieving sales goals and initiatives through regular planning
  • Negotiation skills and ability to sell customer needs
  • Proven results in building relationships with clients
  • Ability to manage processes
  • Effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client logistics needs and challenges to provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, and logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM software.
