About The Position

Fox Appliance Parts is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build and manage an assigned territory in the Marietta, West Metro Atlanta, and surrounding areas. This remote, territory-based opportunity focuses on growing sales of OEM appliance parts and HVAC parts and supplies by developing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and service companies.

The representative will work independently in the local market, conduct in-person customer visits, identify new business opportunities, and meet sales goals. Fox Appliance Parts is an established distributor serving Georgia, Florida, and Alabama, with customers including contractors, servicers, housing authorities, schools, and multifamily communities.

Requirements

• Proven success in outside sales.
• Strong understanding of contractor sales cycles and service-based customers.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to independently manage and grow a territory.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC industry experience, especially HVAC parts, supplies, or a related field, is strongly preferred.
• Appliance parts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new HVAC and appliance service accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service companies.
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits.
• Analyze sales data to track trends and adjust territory strategy.
• Attend HVAC industry events and trade shows.
• Maximize territory coverage and account penetration.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Convert leads into long-term customers.
• Communicate contractor feedback to improve products and service.
• Complete sales and expense reports in a timely manner.
