About The Position

We are seeking Foundation Specialists (Outside Sales Representatives) to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based position, but we provide all the training and support to ensure success if you're willing to put in the work. We are looking for well-rounded candidates who will be able to get dirty in the field while also properly navigating necessary technology and paperwork. The right candidates are hungry for the opportunity to help more homeowners solve their problems the right way, and make our community better, all while representing our brand with pride.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and proper reliable transportation
• Use of own cell phone
• Willingness and ability to enter crawlspaces and traverse them thoroughly
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Get dirty in the field
• Properly navigate necessary technology and paperwork
• Help homeowners solve their problems
• Represent the brand with pride
• Travel between markets for training and job duties
• Attend company events and important meetings and trainings
