About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. We are seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering our sales method to secure agreements for our products and services. This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive nature and a drive to succeed, offering paid training and uncapped commission. Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but recent graduates and individuals from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles are also encouraged to apply.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Conduct sales appointments, which are approximately 2 hours each.
• Utilize a smart phone or smart device to log into company systems for two-factor authentication.
