About The Position

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses using a partnership-based sales model. The role combines home-office and in-field work, with prospecting and client meetings across a designated territory. Representatives build and manage their own book of business, develop client relationships across a wide range of industries, and can earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses in addition to a base salary. Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow and manage a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and retaining clients through strong account management.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
