About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to support Earl Owen across the Houston, Southern Louisiana, and Southern Mississippi region. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business and providing dependable customer support. You will use product knowledge, business systems, and consultative selling skills to support current and prospective customers across your territory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior outside sales experience
• Ability to travel weekly, including occasional weekends and trade shows
• Strong time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience, including strong Outlook and Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

• Some college coursework or degree preferred
• General automotive, RV, and/or marine knowledge or experience
• Experience training or educating customers, such as teaching customers how to use online or system features

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new and existing customers
• Visit newly established accounts and established accounts with strong growth potential
• Deliver sales presentations and communicate accurate product information and availability
• Partner with Inside Sales to resolve customer issues and support account development
• Support product displays, schedule maintenance, and ongoing communication with the Regional Manager
• Follow established company policies and procedures and assume other duties as assigned
