About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team in the Lombard, Illinois area. The role promotes Clover, Fiserv’s cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solutions, to restaurant owners and other business owners. It is a 100% hunter and field-based sales position involving travel within the area and collaboration with Restaurant Depot locations. The representative identifies customer needs, demonstrates Clover’s products, generates and converts leads, installs systems at client locations, and trains clients to use them.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot locations through face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build relationships and schedule in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses to demonstrate Clover and explain how it can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Use product knowledge and consultative selling strategies to educate prospects about POS systems and online ordering platforms, convert leads, and grow sales.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration and effective use.
Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
