Our sales representatives are the frontline of Nextep, responsible for building relationships and making valuable connections daily. They collaborate with decision-makers from businesses of all sizes to enhance the employment experience and improve people's lives. To excel in this role, a passion for working with people is essential, as the position involves building relationships with business owners and leaders daily. Key responsibilities include conducting research to understand client needs, presenting tailored PEO solutions, and closing sales deals. A typical day may involve making sales calls, guiding prospects through the sales process, delivering IPs and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to qualify prospects. Effective management of the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools, is also crucial. Staying informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market is expected.
