About The Position

In 2007, we started in a tiny space with a big dream: connect people with ethical, sustainable, outstanding local food. Today, we are BC’s premier meat supplier for top restaurants and food lovers. Our team has grown, but our butcher-block heart remains the same.

We are looking for a relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to champion our brand in the Lower Mainland. If you love food, understand the restaurant hustle, and thrive on opening doors to long-term relationships, you belong here.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, ideally in foodservice, hospitality, or wholesale.
• You understand restaurant culture and how chefs think.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently on the road.
• Proficient with CRM systems, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.
• A genuine passion for local sourcing and sustainable food.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand your assigned territory.
• Visit chefs, restaurateurs, and buyers to build deep trust.
• Deliver expert product knowledge and seasonal availability.
• Handle quotes, orders, and logistics coordination smoothly.
• Represent us at regional events and industry gatherings.
• Own your monthly and annual sales goals.
