About The Position

Hibu is seeking motivated individuals, including college students preparing to graduate or recent graduates, to launch a rewarding career in sales. New hires will start with 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching to learn everything needed to succeed in digital sales. Hibu provides a base salary plus uncapped residual commissions, with Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $93,000 and Year 2 On-Target Earnings ranging from $106,000-$125,000. Responsibilities

Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, and more)
Prospect and cold call within your territory to build your client base
Conduct virtual and in-person presentations
Build long-term relationships and earn residual income through client retention
Make a real impact by helping local businesses grow
